Terms of service — corrections

Your existing Terms of Service is mostly the standard Shopify template and is fine to keep. Four things need changing. Find and replace as follows.

a. Operating entity. Replace every instance of "Creō Studios Worldwide" with:

Creo Industries Limited, trading as CREŌ STUDIOS®

b. Overview paragraph. Replace the first sentence of OVERVIEW with:

This website is operated by Creo Industries Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14542901, with its registered office at 4 The Mews, Charlton Place, Manchester, M12 6HS. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Creo Industries Limited, trading as CREŌ STUDIOS®.

c. Governing law. Section 18 currently reads that the terms are governed by the laws of an address. Replace the whole of SECTION 18 with:

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

d. Contact. Replace SECTION 20 with:
