Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

United Kingdom Orders are sent via DPD on a next working day tracked service. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

United States Orders are sent on a tracked international service, typically delivered within 5 to 8 working days from dispatch. Free shipping on orders over £300.

Europe and rest of world Orders are sent on a tracked international service, typically delivered within 5 to 10 working days from dispatch. Free shipping on orders over £300.

Tracking You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery estimates All delivery times are given in working days and exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.

All duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The price you pay at checkout is the total price. You will not receive any further charges on delivery.

European Union We are registered for IOSS, number IM5285504096. VAT on eligible EU orders is collected at checkout.
